Shooting more than one event?

Bulk packs of 3, 5, 10, or 20 event-vouchers come at a discount — each voucher is locked to the tier you buy it at, so there's no ambiguity about what it covers. Vouchers don't convert to flexible credit, and unused ones don't carry over once your pack is used up.

How top-ups work

Same denominations whether you're topping up an event or a monthly cycle. No limit on how many top-ups you buy, per event or per billing cycle. On monthly plans, a top-up isn't tracked separately — it merges straight into that month's batch (a 7,200 base plus a 1,000 top-up becomes one 8,200-photo batch), so it rolls forward under the exact same rule as everything else in that cycle.

Per-event plans

If an event runs past its photo cap, a top-up adds more capacity to that same event without changing its tier or retention window.

Monthly subscriptions

If a month's photo pool runs out before the cycle resets, a top-up extends that month's pool without upgrading the plan — and like the rest of that cycle's unused capacity, any of it left over rolls into the next cycle (see below).

Unused photos roll over — for 3 months

Whatever's left of a month's photo pool carries into the next cycle in full, as its own dated batch. Each batch stays usable for 3 months from the month it was earned, and older batches are drawn down first (FIFO) so nothing you've banked expires while a newer batch still has room.

If a subscription is cancelled or lapses, the current cycle's remaining pool and every banked rollover batch are forfeited immediately — there's no refund or payout for unused capacity.
